We are looking for a long-term reinforcement for our location in Aachen now: (Senior) HR Manager (m/w/d)

Self-fulfilment of monthly pay billing by DATEV LODAS Compilation of work contracts and other personal documents (e.g. dismissals, works council hearings, terminations and work certificates) Maintenance of working time accounts including absence management billing of utility vehicles, job wheels, occupational pension schemes (bAV), asset-effective services and catering expenses Processing of wage/ salary scales Implementation of reporting and certification Organisation of operational integration management (BEM) Recruiting and Candidate Management Joint further development of the staff area Support in leadership of employees

Closed commercial vocational training o. studies, ideally supplemented by further training in the field of human resources Very good knowledge of the pay bill (ideally DATEV LODAS) knowledge of pay tax, social security and labour law; AEVO knowledge desirable Multiannual professional experience in human resources Good knowledge of MS-OFFICE (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Teamability, enforcement and organizational skills Very good communication capability and targeted operation
