Speaker of the trade fair project management (m/f/d)

You are the central coordination and information interface for the trade fair project management and the first respondent for internal and external stakeholders You support the project management in the Sparring and actively contribute to strategic and conceptual issues of the international trade fair portfolio You actively structure the project-related processes and support the team in the prioritization and organization of the daily business You act as a reliable interface to conference partners, VIPs, delegations and service providers throughout the entire trade fair cycle You develop sound decision templates, reports and statistics in close cooperation with the project team and the cross-sectional departments You prepare meeting and presentation documents according to target groups and create them independently You perform administrative tasks independently and reliably and ensure a smooth organisational process You support selected project tasks and special topics with high self-responsibility You coordinate, organize and monitor appointments, meetings, committee meetings and workshops

Successfully completed studies of business management, management and Communications sciences or alternatively a successfully completed commercial vocational training with a comparable additional qualification Multiannual professional experience, preferably in the service sector or in the business consulting sector Knowledge of process and work structures of a medium-sized company or group (e.g. ordering processes, organizational processes etc.) Presentation-proof German and English knowledge in word and writing and ideally another foreign language Good knowledge of MS Office, Video Conferencing, AI and social media applications, ideally also in SAP as well as a high affinity for other IT tools Embossed analytic conceptual skills, a quick understanding and a safe and convincing appearance Perspective, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation High organizational competence, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, self-initiative and team-ability Embossed ability to multitasking without quality loss Stress resistance and ability to act even under time pressure and high load High level of loyalty, integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive issues Professional communication, reliability and a service-oriented attitude
