For the Eurofighter Radar Development and „RSE (Radar Support Equipment)“ we are looking at the Ulm site at the next possible time Project Manager Eurofighter Radar (m/d) The ''RSE (Radar Support Equipment)' section is responsible for the definition, development, production, delivery and support of radar support equipment. The Radar Equipment Support has the task of supporting the integration & verification of the Eurofighter Radar Prime Equipment as best as possible.

Head of a RSE project (Radar Support Equipment) and several RSE subprojects, as part of the entire Eurofighter Radar development project Self-employed and independent execution of international projects Responsible for the performance of the project in time, cost and quality, as well as the satisfaction of the customer (internal and external) Ensuring robust and efficient project planning including task distribution and management of the project team (Application of Integrated Project Monitoring and Control Methods) Negotiations with customers and consortia partners for the best possible positioning of HENSOLDT within the Eurofighter Radar consortia Control and monitoring of external (partially internal) partners / subcontractors (consortium / supplier) Ensuring active risk and chance management. Responsible / contact person for NPA (National Price Audit) of RSE projects Embedding of Engineering Review Processes (PR / RR / PDR / CDR / TRR / VRR – internal and possibly external) into the project ILS & ISS RSE projects (current and previous) The willingness to travel is assumed.

Complete technical studies in the field of news technology, electrical engineering, software development or alternatively studies in the economic field Long-term, relevant professional experience as project manager Experience in leading international teams in complex business environments / complex systems PMP or GAP IPMA Level C - certification advantageous EPM MUST & SAP ERP Experience (Module Project / Purchasing / Logistics / PLM) Radar knowledge advantageous (hardware, software, system) Production / Configuration Management / ILS /ISS Experience within HENSOLDT Customer orientation as well as the ability to work independently in a complex environment, analytical and independent working Enforceability and Consensusability, Teamability and High Communication Strength Very good knowledge of German and English
