Information Security Manager (m/d)

In the Information Security department, we bundle our expertise and expertise on all topics of operational, conceptual and operational safety. We design security architectures for the supervised networks, define our security requirements, support projects with our expertise We are the first contact person for our internal and external customers.

You take over the operation & the further development of the ISMS & BCMS (incl. emergency care) with the focus: analysis & treatment of IT security incidents Assessment & Management of Information Security Risks and Vulnerabilities Implementation/control of corrective and preventive measures Conducting regular & anlass related reporting Perception of the control and release function in the context of change management Development and implementation of alarm concepts and emergency plans Implementation of Business & Risk Impact Analysis (BIA/RIA) incl. Advice on the derivation of appropriate measures

You are the single point of contact for information security. You control the operating performance within the team: documentation, tracking & evaluation of ongoing activities via JIRA & confluence Care, analysis and further development of security and emergency documentation

Bachelor of Security Management, (economic) informatics, business continuity management or comparable qualification/training Good knowledge of the requirements of the basic IT protection (BSI 200-1 – 200-4) and/or ISO 27001/22301; possibly also crisis / disaster management Experiences in operational ISMS and BCMS operation and workflow design including implementation and further development Routinized use of workflow management systems (ideally JIRA) and ISM/BCM applications (ideally HiScout) Proofs of knowledge and certification in the IT security field, business continuity management or emergency care are desirable. language skills: German and English; both very good in word & writing
