Your duties independent control of turnkey construction projects or Subprojects Ensuring project targets in terms of dates, costs and quality Management and coordination of the construction site team as well as deployment planning of personnel and subcontractors Control and monitoring of subcontractors Coordination and communication with clients, specialist planners and other project participants Ensuring occupational safety and quality standards

Your profile Complete study in the field of civil engineering, architecture or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in construction management in turnkey construction Good knowledge of structural processes and interfaces to the TGA Good knowledge in the field of safety equipment Basic knowledge of planning with BIM Structured, self-responsible and economically shaped mode of operation Impressed communication strength and enforcement capability Team orientation and willingness to project-related mobility
