You work in the team of 6–7 shift leads, which jointly control the day-to-day operating business and are responsible for a fixed focus area: picking, emptiness and hospitation & onboarding By wrapping up yourself and tearing your team, you will lead the shift in operation and support your colleagues when it comes to You monitor the key figures, guide measures and secure order and work security Through regular feedback and development talks, you recognize the strengths of your employees and help them develop and exploit their potential. You are the direct connection to the Logistics Lead and Headquarters, give feedback from the warehouse and implement important optimizations quickly on the area

You have first experience in the management of employees in logistics, gastronomy, trade or other operating environment You use this experience to set priorities, make decisions based on key figures and keep track of short-term changes You communicate clearly, appreciation and empathy, motivate your team and move forward as a model in everyday work You have the right to actively improve things: if you see that a process can run better on the surface, you bring your ideas and implement improvements together with your team You have basic English skills to communicate on the surface and give instructions for work You bring the willingness to work in the 2-shift system With less experience or an untypical career you can also show us that you bring leadership qualities.
