Data/Analytics Platforms Manager (m/f/d)

As Data/Analytics Platforms Manager (m/w/d), you take the holistic responsibility for a global service domain and make sure that the platforms remain stable, safe and strategic You work closely with service owners, architecture teams and external service providers to ensure that the services work reliably worldwide and are continuously evolved. You are responsible for the service strategy, the roadmap and the lifecycle management and make sure that all services in your area remain powerful and sustainable The governance of Incidents, Problems, Changes and Releases will help you to ensure smooth operations in day-to-day operations The responsibility for smaller platform changes such as configuration updates, workflow adaptations or access models also includes clean tests and documentation In doing so, you will perform and develop several Service Owners, promote a uniform service quality and actively promote global service maturity In addition, you ensure compliance with architecture, security, compliance and data protection requirements and work closely with relevant stakeholders You control Vendor Management, manage budgets and capacities and guide global governance routines to ensure transparency and continuous improvement

You bring well-founded expertise in ITIL processes as well as enterprise service management and safely navigate in complex service structures Detectional experience in managing technical changes within enterprise platforms, combined with a deep understanding of the interaction of configurations, workflows and integrations Comprehensive know-how in modern cloud architectures, identity management, automation and integration patterns shapes your technical profile and supports a future-oriented development of the platform landscape Your ability to safely evaluate technical improvements without having to take over operational engineering tasks, ensures clear priorities and sound decision-making processes Your experience in controlling external service providers and managed service providers is strong, including quality control, coordination and partnership Strong analytical skills, a pronounced KPI focus as well as a sovereign handling of reporting, trend analysis and service performance characterize the profile Flowing German and English skills are self-evident for you and have already shaped your everyday work in the past
