Responsible management of demanding construction projects in the building Ensuring the time, cost and quality of the construction projects Control and coordination of all project participants, subcontractors and works at the construction site Implementation and moderation of construction, planning and coordination meetings Monitoring compliance with work safety, environmental and quality standards Participation in tendering, awarding and billing Responsibility for site documentation as well as follow-up and defect management Active risk management and early identification and solution of project challenges Contact person for clients, authorities and project partners during the entire construction phase

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable technical qualification At least 3-5 years of professional experience as a construction manager in high and/or turnkey construction Funded knowledge in building contract law (VOB/BGB) as well as in construction-relevant standards and regulations Safe handling of MS Office and ideally with iTWO, Arriba or comparable construction and accounting systems Embossed organisational and leadership strength as well as economic thinking and acting Communication strength, enforcement capacity and safe occurrence readiness to travel within the Frankfurt/Rhein-Main region
