IT System Administrator - DATEV / Windows Server (m/f/d)

You are the central contact for our customers: you are responsible for the smooth operation of your DATEV applications by providing technical support and solving complex enquiries. You manage and optimize the underlying IT infrastructures based on Windows Server and manage virtual environments with Hyper-V and VMware. You are planning and realizing independently demanding IT projects, such as the migration of customer systems into our data center. You ensure system availability through proactive monitoring, regular maintenance of server and storage systems and the implementation of updates.

You have a completed vocational training in the IT field or a study in a relevant subject area You bring 4–5 years of professional experience, ideally focusing on the support and development of complex IT infrastructures, as well as a thorough understanding of the customer's requirements in a technical environment You have comprehensive knowledge of DATEV software, including accounting, tax and wage billing programs You have profound experience in larger IT environments with common Windows server and client operating systems as well as storage systems You have good knowledge of virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and/or VMware You have very good German skills (C1/C2)
