You are responsible for the professional and organizational management of the Marketing Support Team You enter and support our B2B partners at home and abroad for the brands Josera Petfood, Bavaro and JOSI You plan, implement and control marketing and sales promotion measures as well as country-specific marketing plans (MDF) You coordinate and locate campaigns, social media sets and POS materials according to our brand guidelines You develop and conduct B2B marketing campaigns together with internal teams such as sales, events, digitalization area and product management You organize and accompany international shootings and secure the CI/CD conformity You plan and monitor the B2B marketing budget You create and edit graphics, designs and marketing materials and adapt them to local markets You prepare international trade fairs and marketing projects and support their implementation

You have a degree in marketing, communication or media sciences or a comparable qualification You bring multi-year relevant professional and leadership experience in marketing, communication, advertising, fire management or sales – ideally with agency experience in concept development, planning or consulting You have passion for customer support, advertising campaigns and brand building as well as a good sense of aesthetics in text and image You speak fluent German and very good English and have intercultural competence You are interested in graphics, photography, design and current (digital) trends You are a creative head with curiosity, organisational skills and high commitment You have an independent, analytical and structured way of working, as well as innovative and solution-oriented thinking
