You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team in the Gas Coordination and Water Construction You co-ordinate and tax the efficient implementation of construction measures, ensure compliance with schedules, presupposes and is responsible for the acceptance and transfer of the works carried out You ensure coordination with internal areas as well as external service providers and authorities You actively promote the development of construction processes and interfaces You connect operational leadership with strategic development and coach your team to high self-responsibility and self-organisation You actively shape process and change management, accompany the ongoing reorganisation in a lead and aspires as a central driver of change towards more agility

You have a technical training with training as a master/technician or a technical study You have experience in building coordination, construction management or project management in the energy supply environment You know relevant regulations and ideally HOAI and award processes and bring experience in the management of service providers and construction projects You are convinced by a strong communication strength and are delighted to make changes active and to develop solutions together in the team You bring leadership experience or strong leadership potential as well as organizational talent and enforcement skills with You show commitment and sense of responsibility and with your expertise as well as your leadership style you set sustainable impulses
