Reception and reception staff for dental practice (m/f/d)

We are:We are a family practice with two treating dentists and a dentist in which a collegial co-existence and teamwork are raised. We cover the entire spectrum of dentistry. The work is fully digital, we work with the most modern dental technology and applications such as e.g. digital anamnese. We offer flexible working time models, both full-time and part-time. Tasks: • First contact person for our new and regular patients • Telephone and personal appointment and patient communication • Responsibility for patient management using our practice software • Independent organization and agreement of follow-up dates (Recall - System) • Termination of cure and cost plans

Qualification: • Relevant professional experience at reception, at best in dental • Friendly appearance and professional communication in dealing with patients • Careful and independent working • Ability to keep an overview even in demanding situations • Responsibility and strong team skills
