From the beginning to the end, you support the project and portfolio manager in the planning and control of demanding IT and transformation projects. You create clarity and structure in project plans, organize the processes and keep the team up to date on progress, risks and resources. In order to enable projects to be prioritized and implemented in a targeted manner, you will prepare policy bases for management. You take responsibility for the preparation and preparation of meetings, check content and provide an understandable documentation. You think forward, bring your own ideas and contribute to the fact that the entire digital portfolio remains efficient and transparent.

You are studying (economic) informatics, BWL, economics or a comparable degree program. You have already gained first practical experience or have a great interest in project management and digital transformation processes. You're sure to deal with MS Office; Knowledge of tools like Jira or Confluence are a plus. You work independently and proactively, think analytically and structured, bring topics forward in a solution-oriented manner and want to take responsibility as well as actively collaborate beyond the classical student role. You bring very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and have a pronounced communication and coordination strength.
