Total responsibility for the technical areas of business and the further development of a performance and sustainable organisation Professional and modern leadership of several hundred employees and middle management Ensuring and optimising the organisational and technical processes, economic performance and operating results Further strategic orientation of the sustainable, profitable development of the company Cooperative cooperation with the management colleagues

Complete degree in mechanical engineering, or comparable, if necessary with kfm. Additional qualification Multiannual professional experience in a senior position with personal responsibility in machine or special machine construction, preferably in a larger medium-sized environment Hands-on mentality with the ability to go deep into detail as needed without losing the holistic view Impressed self-initiative and target orientation, pragmatic and powerful personality with high social competence Excellent communication skills in German and English
