As Teamleiter Systems Engineering (m/w/d), you take over the professional leadership of a team responsible for the development of overall systems for tactical vehicles. Technical leadership of a development team focusing on the development of overall systems for tactical vehicles Technical testing and approval of Systems Engineering documentation (e.g. system specifications, weight balances or interface documents) of the team Reporting in its line function regarding budget / cost, timeline and quality / maturity in the responsibility area Binding technical and strategic specifications for the technical project managers, system engineers and system architects (m/w/d) of his product

• Projektmanagement Support in the strategic orientation of the team and resource building Drive innovations and sophisticated technologies of technology roadmaps to system level

Completed (specialized) university studies in the field of systems engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, vehicle engineering, aerospace engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the industrial environment e.g. in the defence, automotive and aerospace industry First experience in the management, coordination and professional support of employees Experiences in Project Management and Systems Engineering (IPMA Level D, Systems Engineering Level C or comparable) Knowledge of requirements engineering, ideal with IBM Rational DOORS Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Reliability and high sense of responsibility as well as structured and independent working Standing for occasional national and international missions
