For our SOS Children's Village Hamburg we are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in permanent employment, full-time (38,5 hours/day) or part-time (min. 30 hours/day)

In the outpatient help we support and advise children, young people and adults in mostly challenging situations of life in individual care as well as in tandem if necessary. Together with the clients and the youth office, the need for support is set. Implementation of outpatient assistance to educate SGB VIII (family assistance and care of children, young people and young adults) on education issues, daily and crisis management including assistance planning and support documentation in the Eimsbüttel/Eidelstedt area Cooperation with authorities and other institutions Participation in the conceptual development of the institution Design and implementation of open and cross-case offers Participation in the social-spatial bodies belonging to the field of work Social work in cooperation with other institutions conscientious implementation of child and care protection
