What should you bring?

• A commercial or commercial/technical training, university degree or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the personnel sector ideally in the personnel service industry
• Good MS-Office knowledge and experience in zvoove (Landwehr1)
• Embossed communicative skills in German
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking and a very high result and customer orientation

What do you expect?

• representation of office people to the outside and ensuring the quality of our services
• recruitment of commercial and commercial candidates
• Candidate selection and profile creation
• Up and extension of an efficient recruitment network, as well as participation in coordinated trade fairs and local events
• Cooperation with the Agency for Work, Job Centres and Education
• Responsibility for job vacancies at customers
• Complete, correct and timely recording of all activities in Zvoove as well as regular adaptation of data to topicality
• Disposition, optimal care and treatment of the temporary staff of the branch – from the recruitment to the termination of the employment relationship
• Monitoring of the key figures and introducing possible measures in case of vulnerabilities
