In the 2nd level support, you support a modern hospital information system with a medical device component. You collect and process support requests that are answered by analysis of software configuration, as well as software errors, as well as the structured processing of customer requests. You take active communication with internal and external customers via e-mail and telephone. You support our customers with advice when these questions about design and technical possibilities in different document management systems. You can also support them in various technical procedures, technical implementations and thus gain knowledge that you can use them in a variety of ways in everyday work.

A completed study, or completed vocational training in the field of information processing, medical technology or related fields. Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in IT support. You are interested in IT and have good knowledge in the popular MS Office applications. You're a real team player. Your German is reliable in word and writing.
