For our customers from the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for you as a home technician (m/w/d), homemaster (m/w/d) or building technician (m/w/d) in full time! The focus is on the technical equipment of the buildings in the industrial sector.

Your tasks

• organisation, documentation and coordination of maintenance, maintenance and construction measures, including monitoring of external structures
• Ensuring the proper operation of the technical building equipment as well as environmental monitoring and troubleshooting using the building control system
• Supporting projects in the field of building technology, media production and distribution
• Collection, evaluation and award of offers and technical and commercial handling of supplier orders

Your profile

• Completed technical training (e.g. plant mechanic SHK (m/w/d) or electronics for energy and building technology (m/w/d) with 3-5 years of professional experience
• Industrial experience (unconditionally required) in the field of building maintenance
• Self-employed, communicative and independent working
• Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as good knowledge of MS Office
