You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the national team within the Product Management department and promote the personal and professional development of your employees Together with your team, you are responsible for a defined product portfolio - strategic, operational and holistic You always have a close look at the essential product KPIs (e.g. quantity, DB, quality, customer satisfaction) and thereby manages optimization potentials You test and analyze target groups, market and competition to initiate and implement measures that ensure the sustainable success of our products You promote interdisciplinary cooperation to advance the targeted and successful design of our product portfolio
