Your tasks include: Support of the department in daily service Professional care and advice of our national and international guests Ensuring a smooth service run in your own area of responsibility Mise-en-place Work (covering, polishing, preparation of station and equipment) Serving food and beverages according to Sofitel and Accor standards Support in implementing upselling strategies (e.g. aperitif, wine, specials) Build and actively apply knowledge about food and beverage cards Compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP) and safety guidelines team cooperation and close coordination with kitchen, bar and service management Support for events, banquets and special guest wishes Ensuring a well-maintained appearance of the restaurant and the service area

Complete training in ideally the upscale hotel industry or gastronomy (e.g. hotel compartment / restaurant compartment) or first professional experience in the service of the upscale hotel industry or in the fine-dining service High service and guest orientation as well as a professional appearance Teamability, Reliability and Responsibility Joy in dealing with international guests and passion for hospitality Very good ways of handling and a well-kept appearance Loadability and flexibility, even with high guest performance Willingness to shiftwork, weekend and holiday work Good knowledge of German and English (further languages of advantage) Basic knowledge in the field of food and beverages (wine knowledge of advantage) Self-employed and structured working methods as well as rapid understanding High quality standards and understanding of luxury and brand standards
