For the expansion of our after-sales business, we are looking for an experienced personality who, as a technical expert, decisively shapes the further development of our battery and high-voltage applications: Central technical responsibility for the safe and norm-oriented handling of battery systems in the service environment Definition and development of standards for storage, transport, testing and repair Technical contact for complaints, damages and service requests Support of service, sales and complaint teams for technical reviews and customer requests Accompanying the further development of repair, second-life and recycling concepts for battery systems Creation of safety, risk and accident concepts in the battery environment Working with Group-wide standards, service processes and training concepts Interface Management with Engineering, Quality, Logistics and Work Safety

Bringing strengths: your qualifications Study of electrical engineering or technical training (e.g. state-tested technician) Multiannual professional experience in after sales, engineering, technical sales or product management Ideally experience with battery storage, charging infrastructure or energy systems Knowledge of battery and high-voltage technologies High customer orientation, communication strength and independent working German and good knowledge of English
