Your task: The SOS-Kita at the primary school is a five-group inclusion-Kita in the heart of Worpswedes. In our extensive premises a semi-open concept is lived and constantly developed. This development focuses on all children with their individual needs. A movement room and a spacious dining area also provide space for the development of childish needs. In the elementary area, a group of twenty-five children cooperates with our group of inclusive children, which accompanies eighteen children with three professionals. In the U3 area we serve children in three tens. The central and natural location offers a variety of possibilities to explore the surroundings. You pay attention to the promotion of self-employment according to the principle: "As much help as necessary, as little as possible." You support the child in the daily Kita run (e.g. arrival, morning circle, free game, food, dressing and withdrawing, offers, transitions). You will work out nursing activities as required, such as changing or accompanying the toilet. You give the child safety and orientation. You are in close coordination with the educational professionals of Kita. You will cooperate with parents, carriers and, if necessary, therapists. You carry out the documentation of relevant observations as part of the specifications. Your skills and skills: You are interested in working with children with increased funding needs.
