Commercial support for demanding construction projects to ensure economic achievement Commercial interface between project management, construction management, controlling, purchasing and external project participants in large construction projects Responsibility for operating commercial cost control, budget tracking and economic reporting Support in project controlling as well as in commercial material and performance tracking Examination, acquisition and booking of project-related business incidents and on-time processing of all commercial matters in the project Participation in process tracking and continuous optimization of commercial project processes Application of the Construction Contract Law (VOB / IPA) as part of the commercial project execution

Completed commercial training or study, ideally in construction Multiannual commercial professional experience in the field of construction Secure understanding of cost structures and economic relationships in construction projects Experience in managing project-related business transactions Knowledge of building contract law (VOB) and basic understanding of IPA models of advantage Structured, responsible operation and pronounced communication strength Structured, careful and self-responsible operation
