• Driving class B (for garden equipment required)

Your tasks

• Execution of small pieces (e.g. changing bulbs, lubricating doors)
• Supervision of foreign companies (e.g. elevator company, heating company)
• Maintenance of the outdoor installation (grain mowings, hedge cutting)
• Check heating systems (function test)
• Ensure compliance with order and cleanliness
• Help with the apartment transfer
• Possibility to take over the customer
