Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

The medical schools have around 390 training places in five specialist schools. The dedicated team of school leaders, general practitioners, teachers and secretaries is working together on future-oriented, expanding training concepts in the Elbe Clinics. In the various trainings, the emphasis is on individual support, a positive learning atmosphere and the introduction of self-employment in professional practice. You are responsible for ensuring a high-quality guidance of our trainees as well as for the care and care of our patients. You plan their own practical instruction tasks and take over the organization and quality assurance of the practical instructions in the areas of application. You support the training documentation and actively contribute to a future-oriented guidance and care, taking into account educational and nursing knowledge and basics. You contribute to the development and development of practical training concepts and support projects in practical care training.

You have a degree as a nursing specialist (m/w/d), ideally with a deepening or specialization in acute care. You are in possession of a completed training for the practical manager in care and have been able to gain several years of professional experience in care, including in the field of acute care. You will be happy to work in the team and the development of our trainees as well as the associated care of our patients.
