Application Manager (m/w/d) Place of work: Frankfurt am Main Job: Full-time (part-time is possible in principle), unlimited Job ID: 2025_0210_02 In the “Value Paper Processing and Security Management” department, we are developing the monetary policy measures of the Eurosystem for Germany. In order to fulfil the monetary policy tasks of the Bundesbank, we manage securities and conduct collateral accounts of the German business partners as well as securities deposits for credit institutions and for other customer groups. We rely on modern IT systems.

As part of a dedicated team, you take responsibility for the technical support and further development of the OBS IT application (online banking system). They support internal and external users in problems and operating errors. By creating specialist concepts and test cases as well as performing specialist tests, you develop our applications. The support and administration of the users for various applications of the Deutsche Börse (e.g. CASCADE) are also within your responsibility.

Bachelor or equivalent degree of economics or business informatics OR completed commercial training with at least three years of professional experience in a working area relevant to the position (e.g. in securities processing) Good knowledge of securities and depot business Good technical understanding and interest in dealing with specialist IT applications for securities processing and security management Ability to analyze, evaluate and portray complex facts Good communication skills and safe occurrence Independent and team-oriented work Very good German and good English language skills Willingness to postponed working hours (from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.), readiness (5:00 a.m. to 22:00 p.m.) and casual holiday work
