IT Demand & Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Collaboration: You work closely with internal customers, IT coordinators, branch managers and other stakeholders to understand, question and prepare them as a basis for tailor-made IT solutions. With design: You actively participate in the further development of software solutions for our internal customers and bring your ideas into the technical design. Analysis: You evaluate in-depth requirements of internal customers and analyze their impact on existing business processes and IT solutions. Requirement specification: You first set out detailed specifications, tune them with the specialist departments and assist in evaluating and implementing changes. Documentation: You document relevant requirements precisely and understandably, so that technical relationships and requirements are presented transparently.

You have a successfully completed study of (economic) informatics, economics or comparable training with strong IT affinity. You have experience in the analysis and modeling of processes, the identification of Pain Points and the structured derivation of Use Cases, ideally as a requirement engineer or business analyst (m/w/d) in the IT or digitization environment. You have a good technical understanding and you can quickly think into the processes and requirements of the departments. You will be able to clearly identify technical requirements and translate them into specific IT requirements. First contact points with UML or BPMN as well as knowledge in the logistics or disposal industry are advantageous. You also have very good German knowledge in word and writing. You like to work in the team and convince by a clear, address-oriented communication. You can prepare complex technical and technical content in a comprehensible manner and securely communicate to different stakeholders. A structured, analytical and conceptual way of working distinguishes you as well as a sovereign appearance, interest in new technologies and a pronounced team spirit.
