Anyone who wants to remain successful must redesign the cooperation. Become part of this change and work on a wide range of personnel and organizational development topics as part of an internship. The main topic will be the development of mindfulness and resilience programs (including lectures, workshops, trainings) for different areas at Mercedes-Benz (Group) AG. We are looking for you as an intern for this demanding and educational task. Your tasks include: Participation in the expansion and expansion of activities within the Mindfulness Programme at Mercedes-Benz (Group) AG

Participation in the preparation, support and follow-up of appointments and workshops as well as in the preparation of presentations and documents for different addressees with research on and preparation of diverse topics in the field of mindfulness and resilience

Coordination and organisation of events and training at internal and external locations in Germany and abroad as well as participant management at the Mercedes-Benz Internal Learning Management System (LMS)

Participation in the design of content and formats for different mindfulness-based training (both in presence and online) and active support in their implementation

Cooperation and coordination of external partners and agencies in the context of the implementation and development of mindfulness interventions

Support in managing the internal Mercedes-Benz Mindfulness Community including publishing your own blog posts

The activity can begin from September 2026.

Course in Economics, Business Psychology, Human Resources, Health Promotion or a comparable degree programme

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office

Engagement as well as a strong team, communication, and organizational capability

Knowledge and/or practice in the topics Mindfulness and/or resilience in the private or professional context

Affinity for digital trends and interest in organizational and personnel development desirable
