Supporting the Chef de Rang for our guests.

Preparation of the daily service business, including Mise en Place.

Serving food and drinks with the highest attention for details and quality.

Expert advice from guests on our culinary offer and the appropriate drinks.

Cooperation with the entire service and kitchen team to ensure smooth running.

Ensuring a clean and organised work area.
