Creation of an integrated climate protection concept Introduction and operation of an energy management system Creation of an actual analysis and a greenhouse gas balance in cooperation with Lower Saxony universities (HochNiNa) deriving a greenhouse gas reduction strategy with prioritization of fields of action Development of a catalogue of measures involving all relevant actors Creation of a concept for the introduction phase and a communication strategy Implementation of information events, public relations, network work in close cooperation with the staff unit Sustainability and Climate Protection and the press office of the TiHo Creation of a controlling concept

completed studies (Dipl.‐Ing. [FH]/Master) in the field of energy/climate management, energy technology, energy industry, construction/economy engineering, environmental technology or supply technology, with reference to the focus on energy and the environment, environmental sciences or climate protection, or comparable fields of study relevant professional experience, ideally in public service Knowledge of project and environmental management Required expertise and personal skills Analytical thinking, structured working and a good understanding of technical, energetic and ecological relationships, in particular in the context of buildings, energy efficiency and climate adaptation. Great interest or responsibility in the field of climate protection and sustainability Moderation capabilities as well as communication strength and persuasiveness to bodies and the public Initiativeer working style with a high degree of autonomy and team orientation Standing for training and participation in events on the subject area and cooperation in networks Safe handling of Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel, and a quick understanding in handling new digital tools and methods. German language and writing skills and good English skills.
