Work Planner - Project Planner (m/f/d)

Creation, analysis and graphical visualization of capacity requirements, capacity inventory and hourly development Planning and control of the capacity requirements of complex projects across different fields deriving recommendations for action based on utilisation, timing and capacity analyses Assessment of the impact of disturbances, time shifts and resource shortages on future hourly flow and indirect sales planning Development, digitization and automation of planning, reporting and control processes

Complete studies or technical training with corresponding further training in the field of production, industrial engineering or comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in production planning, capacity planning, production control or project controlling of an industrial company Very good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally experience with SAP as well as Power BI or comparable BI tools High numerical affinity and good understanding for manufacturing and project processes as well as interest in digitalization and process optimization, including innovation joy and openness for changes and digital technologies Designed analytical skills combined with structured and solution-oriented working methods, entrepreneurial thinking, high sense of responsibility and leadership qualities and strong communication and team skills
