Self-control and monitoring of the worldwide order and project processing of spare parts Processing of national and international shipping orders including multiple modes of transport Accreditation and preparation of necessary export documents Turning off third country export shipments Cross-departmental coordination of shipping activities with internal and external partners, such as logistics service providers Optimization of working processes in close interconnection with the process partners Takeover of projects, even outside your daily tasks settlement of returns management

Completed commercial training, ideally with experience in logistics or logistics Insufficient professional experience in export processing Knowledge of the creation of customs documents Good IT skills in handling MS Office, SAP, Atlas Very good English knowledge in word and writing (min. level B2) Exact and structured functioning, high sense of responsibility and reliability High level of flexibility, 24-hour readiness Customer and service oriented Additional information: We are back!
