Total responsibility for the control and implementation of construction projects, including time, cost and quality management Planning, organisation and coordination of all project phases from concept to completion Control of external service providers and construction companies as well as close cooperation with architects, specialist planners and authorities Ensuring compliance with building regulations, safety standards and contractual requirements Regular control of the progress of construction and the execution of acceptances and handovers to the builders Creation of project reports, status reports and risk analyses for management Support in the tendering and awarding of works Active cooperation and coordination with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution

Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable discipline Multiannual experience in project management and control Planning experience for building in stock leadership experience desirable Strong communication and negotiation skills in dealing with internal and external project participants, especially in interaction with customers and authorities Knowledge of VOB, HOAI and relevant building regulations Analytical thinkability and pronounced organizational talent Self-employed and solution-oriented working and team skills Safe handling of common project management and construction software solutions Class B driving licence German language skills in word and writing
