YEARS: Responsibility for the Group-wide information security of the SAF-HOLLAND Group Ensuring an appropriate, risk-based and detectable level of security across companies, locations, IT, cloud and Ot-close environments Development and implementation of a multi-year global security strategy and roadmap with clear priorities and measurable targets. Advice and regular reporting to management and board on security risks, incidents, KPIs, audits and necessary measures. Responsibility for the operation and continuous development of the global ISMS and security risk management. Ensuring and coordinating the requirements of NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001, TISAX and controlling audits and certifications. Control of global security operations including SOC/MDR/XDR/SIEM, vulnerability management, penetration tests and incident management. Definition and further development of the security architecture and technical safety standards according to zero-trust and defense-in-depth principles. Integration of Security by Design in projects, cloud, SAP, infrastructure, M&A, production/OT as well as new technologies and AI. Leadership and further development of the global security team as well as professional control of local information security officers (ISOs). Control of external security service providers, suppliers and third parties including security requirements, risks, quality and costs.

IHR PROFIL: Complete studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, cybersecurity or comparable qualifications. At least 10 years of professional experience in information security/cybersecurity, including several years in an international leadership role. Leadership experience with international security teams as well as building global security and governance structures. Knowledge of security governance, ISMS and compliance, in particular ISO 27001, NIS2, TISAX and risk and audit management. Comprehensive technical security expertise, e.g. cloud, network, IAM, SOC/SIEM, incident response and vulnerability management Very good knowledge of German and English, strong business and stakeholders as well as readiness for international cooperation and travel
