Construction Manager - Civil Engineering / Road Construction / Infrastructure (m/f/d)

The focus of our work is the construction of federal, regional and circular roads around 100 km from Aalen. Asphalt construction and civil engineering belong to our areas of activity such as bridge construction and flood protection. The establishment of the company dates back to 1879. Tradition and solid work are therefore the foundation of our action. Today we employ approx. 140 employees who generate an annual turnover of almost 50 million euros. Certainly, you have already moved up, over or under our projects. You take over the independent management of our construction projects in road and civil engineering – from technical preparation to final acceptance. You plan and control the use of personnel, equipment and material and provide an active building control for meeting dates and budgets. As a central contact person, you lead your construction site team, coordinate cooperation with after-contractors and communicate closely with the clients. You are responsible for compliance with our high quality standards and safety regulations directly on site at the construction site. You will take care of the complete documentation of the progress of the building, initialize the dimensions and prepare the final project billing.

You have a degree in civil engineering, are a construction engineer (m/w/d) or have a comparable training You are ideally bringing together several years of professional experience as a building manager (m/w/d) in the field of road and civil engineering, but also professionals are welcome You have cost awareness and enforcement skills You work quality-oriented and carefully You think and trade entrepreneurial and solution-oriented You are team-ready and communication-strong You have a class B licence You bring fluent knowledge of German in word and writing (C1)
