In the future, you will play a central role in the further development of quality management and help us to make quality effective and comprehensible in everyday life. Your duties include: Advising employees, departmental management and the Executive Board in all matters of quality management Further development of participation-oriented and digital process management Planning, control and implementation of internal and external audits Training and consulting of decentralized process managers Analysis of processes and identification of meaningful optimizations Cooperation with application consulting in the implementation of digital processes

You have professional practice in quality management and in the social economy. Structured work and process-oriented thinking are of course for you – just like a clear, binding and valuable communication. Developing tailor-made solutions together with different people makes you happy, always keeping an overview – even if different perspectives are to be taken into account.
