Your tasks include:

Administrative and organisational activities Edit order, purchase and delivery processes in SAP Capture of working hours and pay and performance data in SAP Support in processing claims for damages Accounting in SAP Date coordination

You should bring this with you:

Complete vocational training in a commercial or administrative profession or a comparable professional qualification Professional experience in the field of public administration or commercial matters SAP knowledge in the fields of ordering, purchasing and delivery, as well as in time recording Safe handling of MS Office programs Knowledge of accounting and accounting Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
