Strategic management of the construction sector for photovoltaic power plants and battery storage projects Responsibility for planning, cost calculation, approval procedures and technical implementation of civil engineering, earthwork and foundation work as well as steel structures and geotechnical investigations Management and technical management of engineering teams, external partners and international project participants Ensuring compliance with quality, cost and timetable throughout the project cycle Further development of standards, processes and technical concepts for outdoor solar installations Risk analysis and determination of appropriate measures to ensure smooth project execution Support during the alert phase, including technical evaluation and resource planning

Complete Bachelor Program in Civil Engineering or A Related Area Must Have: Multiannual experience in civil engineering, project management, cost estimation and team management Knowledge in the fields of geotechnical engineering, foundation planning, earthwork, steel construction and relevant standards and approval procedures Very good knowledge of German and English Your skills: communicative team player (m/w/d) with strong negotiating and problem solving skills International readiness
