We are looking for you for the City Combating of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied without delay.

The City Fund shall be responsible for the account of revenue and expenditure of the entire city administration, including the dunning and settlement of payment transactions. It is also responsible for creating local cash statistics and for storing and digitizing the booking documents.

• They are responsible for the control of the settlements of the various payment providers as well as the processing of payment inputs and clarification of differences
• Evaluations and management of internal statistics and directories belongs to your tasks
• Reports by the Cash Insurance Regulation
• Income and cash payment and deputy team management
• They advise the specialist offices on questions relating to payment transactions and assist in the preparation of service instructions for the paying agencies of the specialist offices.

Your profile that suits us

• Diploma in Administration (FH), Bachelor of Arts Public Management or completed Business Studies
• Administrative specialist or completed training as a bank merchant/seller with professional experience in the above areas
• Knowledge of accounting and payment transactions
• safe handling of MS Office products
• Knowledge of SAP Financial (FI), experiences with SAP PSM and PSCD are beneficial
• Experiences with online shops and connection of payment services are advantageous
• Technology enthusiasm and courage to change established processes
• Service orientation and good handling
