From production planning to quality management, we work in a global production network in about 30 plants, in over 19 countries. In our production systems of the future (MO/ETS) department, we actively participate in the production of tomorrow at Mercedes-Benz. We combine strategy, digitization and innovation and develop future-oriented production systems – from data-driven solutions to automation and AI to new technological concepts. We work closely with a wide range of interfaces and are constantly driving the transformation of the global production landscape along the entire value added. As an intern*in, you work on real strategy and innovation projects and gain direct insights into the management and transformation of production. Are you interested? These challenges include: Support in the design, coordination and implementation of strategic projects and work packages

Independent and target group-specific creation of communication and presentation documents for board and top management bodies

Coordination and further development of digital and presence dialogue formats for different target groups for the sustainable communication of digital strategy and transformation content (e.g. AI initiatives, digitization topics with focus in production, Pioneering Innovation Awards etc.)

Development and implementation of communication concepts including building up and holistic responsibility of the new social-intranet appearance

Course in Economic Engineering, Business Administration, Media/Communication Sciences or a comparable degree course

Analytical way of thinking and structured working
