You analyze risks from funds focusing on Real Estate You monitor compliance with regulatory requirements You start address-oriented risk reporting as well as presentations You also analyze sustainability and ESG risks You manage and develop existing risk management and reporting tools Participation in projects is part of your work

You have successfully completed a successfully completed economic studies or vocational training with corresponding further qualifications in the investment legal environment You can demonstrate professional experience in a capital management company in the area of risk management, ideally already with the sword point real estate and/or alternative assets You can already demonstrate knowledge of the legal foundations of the KAGB and relevant regulations Working quickly into new topics is one of your strengths You have an eye for details and draw your attention through a structured, independent and quality-conscious way of working You have a lot of fun to develop solutions for challenging questions together in the team You want to introduce yourself to us with your personality, your experiences, your richness of ideas and your deeds
