Project Manager Cable (m/f/d)

Guides the project team and operational resources from the departments and other BUs. Reacts the project order taking into account the program objectives and strategic requirements. Responsible for the project plan and governance requirements, including complete and correct project documentation, as well as handover to the operation. Takes active problems and expectations. Announces reporting and reporting for the project, including decision structure/culture, information structure, opportunities and risks. Creates an environment in which project results are delivered within the required time, quality and cost. Transmits contracts according to the procurement strategy for the project. Actively manages the suppliers at the level of the project manager. Replaces the program director's cooperation strategy with other TSOs in the respective project. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, HSE regulations and culture in the project. Exercise the contractor's obligations and shall ensure that the authorisation holder fulfils its obligations. Conducts HSE incident investigations and documents them legally. Ensure compliance with HSE policies and the Zero Harm principle in your own task/project. Identifies risks, tracks them and informs them of the risk manager for documentation in the risk register. Takes the problem and expectation management as well as the first escalation level for project managers. Creates an environment in which project results are delivered within the required time, quality and cost. Ensure compliance with the cable agreements on electrotechnical topics. Monitors the correct and quality-proof implementation of the LWL design for cable monitoring by cable manufacturers. Creates technical specifications for cable-related, electrotechnical topics (education, connection interfaces, maintenance etc.).

Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, energy engineering, civil engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience (min. 5 years) in the management of infrastructure or cable projects and in cable technology (production and assembly of clothing) Good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. VDE, DIN) The site requires several years of experience (min. 5 years) in project management and in the support of HGÜ-/high-voltage cable projects Experience in using industry-standard IT software, especially CDE Enterprise, Jira Certification as Project Manager (PMP; IPMA) A high readiness to travel is assumed, in particular for regular use on SuedLink construction sites Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc., as well as the ability to work into new software solutions Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Embossed contact and team skills as well as an independent, structured and analytical method
