Division Law We are a team and advise on all legal issues arising in the house. We also work in projects and accompany product development. As a contact person for all internal specialist departments as well as for the Executive Board, we develop strategies and measures to comply with legal requirements and finished argumentation aids and decision templates. The legal formulation and design of contracts, guidelines and information materials as well as the maintenance of professional legal monitoring are also part of our tasks as well as the co-design of the BVV companies' association and public relations work. You develop legal opinions and practical recommendations for action as well as examine, evaluate and document legal issues and risks in the field of occupational pensions. You are legally involved in the strategic development of the products and services of the BVV companies. You observe and evaluate (European) legislation and develop strategies and measures to comply with legal requirements. You examine, design and negotiate contractual clauses and model contracts. You work closely with employees of other specialist departments in interdisciplinary teams. You design and conduct internal training offers.

You are (full) journalist with first professional experience as an in-house journalist or lawyer with the focus on contract law and/or labour law and/or insurance law. You may even have first experience in the field of occupational pensions in a firm, an audit firm or in a company. You point with their affinity for business economic issues and enjoy the development and implementation of creative solutions. You address complex issues in a structured manner and can summarize them in a general way and communicate them in an address-oriented manner. You provide a high level of willingness to independently acquire knowledge as well as further education and convince with high language and text skills.
