You take responsibility for team and production processes in shift operation. Coordination of daily business within the assigned layer Leadership of a team of about 20 employees Application and holiday planning for the team Ensuring compliance with productivity requirements and workflows Monitoring and optimization of production and organization processes Management and participation in projects for process improvement Close cooperation with adjacent departments to ensure smooth operations

Complete master or technician training, at best in the field of food technology Alternatively completed technical studies, such as food technology Multiannual professional and leadership experience, desirable in the food or meat industry Ready to work in the 3-shift system Safe handling of Microsoft Office and SAP desirable Communication strength, team spirit, high motivation and readiness ideally experience in managing projects
