You have a completed one-year training as a state-approved old care worker (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Ideally, you bring first professional experience in old or nursing, but this is not a prerequisite You are safe to use digital care documentation or work quickly into our systems You like to work independently with our client: inside on site and are sensitive, reliable and resilient You have a class B licence for your tours in the outpatient service
