Contract and Addendum Manager

At the next time, we will look for you as a contract and supplement manager:in (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Berlin site. Your tasks:

Together with the project management, you control contract and follow-up management and check incoming supplements for completeness, basis of claim and plausibility You obtain technical opinions, evaluate contract deviations and make sure that the supplements are processed in a negotiated manner. With your attention to detail, you make sure that all deadlines, processes and quality requirements are complied with in the follow-up management You support the auditing and evaluation of tendering and awarding documents to identify and minimize potential after-sales risks at an early stage In close cooperation with Purchasing, Project Management and Legal Department, you prepare follow-up negotiations, document the results and accompany the implementation of the agreed measures You actively participate in the defence of unauthorized claims and help the client to successfully enforce legitimate claims With your structured work, you support regular reporting and ensure transparent documentation of all contractual processes in the project

Your profile:

The basis of your career is a completed study in civil engineering, construction management, industrial engineering with a focus on construction or a comparable qualification You have a well-founded knowledge of contract management and follow-up management and are familiar with construction processes and the assessment of technical and economic relationships The application of relevant regulations such as VOB, BGB, HOAI and EU law is familiar to you and you can safely implement them in practice You work analytically, structured and self-responsively, and you never lose an overview in complex projects When handling MS Office (especially Excel and Word), you are safe; Experiences with SAP, iTWO or DOXiS are beneficial You draw your attention through communication strength, negotiation skills and team skills and bring a high level of sense of responsibility Loadability, flexibility and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation complete your profile
