Welcome and welcome all guests at the hotel entrance Support for opening doors, carrying luggage and accompanying guests in the lobby Transport of luggage to the room or the room – always carefully, discreetly and attentive Implementation of messengers within and outside the hotel according to the instructions of the Concierge or Front Office Coordination with Concierge, Bellservice and Front Office for a smooth run Monitoring the entrance area to ensure safety, cleanliness and order Support in controlling deliveries and external visitors Valet-Service: Acquisition, secure parking and return of guest vehicles according to the standards of a luxury hotel Proactive support of guests with questions, concerns or special wishes Representation of the hotel through well-kept appearance, excellent ways of handling and sovereign appearance Compliance with all safety, hygiene and quality standards

Key Responsibilities Warmly welcome and bid farewell to all guests at the hotel entrance Assist with opening doors, handling luggage, and escorting into the lobby Deliver luggage to guest rooms or collect it upon departure with care and professionalism Perform errands and messenger tasks inside and outside the hotel as directed by the Concierge or Front Office Coordinate close with Concierge, Bellservice, and Front Office Teams Maintain a clean, safe, and organized entrance area Monitor deliveries and external visitors Valet service: Receive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently, following luxury hotel standards Provide proactive assistance with guest inquiries and special requests Represent the hotel with impeccable grooming, manners, and professionalism Uphold all safety, hygiene, and quality standards

First experience in a comparable position (hotel, luxury environment, guest service) of advantage Embossed communication and host qualities German and English, others of advantage Careful appearance and sovereign appearance Loadability, discretion and sense of responsibility Joy of direct contact and a dynamic working environment Willingness to shift, weekend and holiday work Proactive, reliable and service-oriented operation Class B driving licence Your Profile Experience in a similar role (hotel, luxury environment, guest services) preferred Strong communication and guest-interaction skills Conversational German and English other languages is a plus Professional appearance and confident demeanor Ability to remain calm, courteous, and efficient in a fast‐paced environment Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays A proactive, reliable, and service-driven mindset Driver license class B
