As a strategic contact person, the business units are supported in their income and risk management, making an important contribution to the success of LBBW.

The Structuring & Outplacement group is responsible for carrying out placements and the necessary structuring activities in the various asset classes of the Bank by means of diverse capital market instruments and products.

In close cooperation with the customer-responsible colleagues, the Group also establishes and maintains the strategic investor partnerships. In addition, in close cooperation with Credit Consult & Service, the use of securitisation, co-investment structures, non-payment insurance, financial guarantees, etc. in the sense of the overall bank is advanced.

Arranging, structuring and implementing risk transfer transactions with institutional investors, support banks, supranational institutions and other market participants Completion, control and ongoing monitoring of risk transfer transactions across different asset classes Establishment, maintenance and further development of strategic investor relations in close coordination with the customer-responsible colleagues Expansion of the international investor portfolio for securitisation, non-payment insurance, financial guarantees and comparable risk transfer solutions Development and marketing of tailor-made solutions for bank-internal stakeholders Participation in the further development of structures, processes and products within a young, strategically relevant unit of LBBW

Complete economic studies or comparable qualifications Further certifications such as CFA, CAIA or the like are advantageous Sales experience in dealing with different investor groups, ideally in the international environment In-depth understanding of structured products and relevant legal and regulatory requirements Experience in structuring demanding capital market transactions and enjoying the analysis of complex facts and developing sustainable solutions Experience abroad, knowledge of English and readiness for international cooperation and travel Joy in developing a young unit within the LBBW Entrepreneurial thinking, high target orientation, strong commitment, flexibility and team orientation
