System support: support, configuration and further development of SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on Employee Central. Interface management: Analysis, support and optimization of integrations to connected systems and support in monitoring. Requirements management: recording, analysis and coordination of technical and technical requirements with stakeholders. Implementation: cooperation in the design and implementation of solutions taking into account architectural, security and compliance requirements. Cloud Integration: Creating, adapting and maintaining integration scenarios in SAP Cloud Integration. HR processes: support in the optimization of HR processes and in the integration of existing SAP HCM solutions. Project work: cooperation in transformation and introduction projects as well as acquisition of own work packages. Cooperation: Close cooperation with HR, internal IT teams and external partners.

Experience: First to several years of professional experience in the SAP or HR IT environment. SAP knowledge: knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with contact points to Employee Central. HR systems: Experiences with SAP HCM or other HR systems are advantageous. Technology understanding: Basic knowledge in integration scenarios, interfaces or cloud technologies. SAP BTP: First experiences with SAP BTP or SAP Cloud Integration are desirable. Operation: Analytical thinking, self-initiative and a structured approach.
